Question 1

How does Convien find the best location?

Accepted Answer

For every candidate city we calculate the travel cost, CO2 and travel time of all attendees from where they start, with real schedules and fares and your travel policy. Then we rank the cities in three views: maximum productivity, minimum CO2 and lowest ticket cost.

Question 2

What if I already have a location in mind?

Accepted Answer

Enter it as your preferred location. The Meeting Place Finder calculates its travel cost, CO2 and travel time next to the best alternatives. This analysis is included at no extra cost.

What can it save?

Accepted Answer

Up to 35% lower travel cost and up to 42% less CO2, by choosing the best location for your meeting.
